Happy new year to you. Hope you have had the possibility to relax and enjoy the holidays.
For some new year's is another day in life for others it's an opportunity to reflect on the year that has passed, a time for resolutions and new begnnings. A chance to turn the page and start over in any given area of life, where it makes sense to make adjusments to feel better.
The coming weeks I will share the small changes that I have decided to implement in my daily life and hopefully you will feel inspired. I am not up for gigantic changes at the moment even though I must admit that I have big dreams and hopes for life. I simply need to take a slightly different path to let all the positive energy and good vibes into my own and my family life.
We can't all be fitness queens or vegans but I am willing to let myself be inspired by simple, healthy and clean life choices.
The first step this year is to increase ny water intake and let go of sugary and fizzy drinks . 8 glasses of water corresponding to 2 liters every day to rinse and hydrate the skin and body. Sounds easy but you tend to forget during a busy day at the office. Water is such a great gift and to many of us it is actually for free. So a good, healthy and money saving tip on the first Monday in 2017.
