Enjoy the little things

Have you had time to go outside for a while this week? Even just for a short walk?

Studies show that many of us spend way too much time inside sitting at our desks at work, commute seated to and from work and after dinner at night we crash in the couch in front of the tv.

And certain days there isn’t much we can do about it, because we are busy and need to get things done.

But you have a choice in between, right? Even if it’s only a ten minutes walk during lunch break or after work, before you start cooking dinner. It’s a hygge and selfcare gift that you can offer yourself. A moment outside to breathe and observe.

For my part, I’ve been so occupied the last weeks traveling with the family and working that I almost forgot to enjoy the beautiful autumn colours in our neighbourhood.

Took time to go outside for a stroll to snap a few photos this weekend, before it all vanishes and the Winter kicks in.

It’s great fun when the kids come along, but spending a moment on your own is just as great!
